There is an XSD boolean, and I think what you're really trying to say here is that you want to accept
and anything else is an error (FAILED state).

In contrast to say Boolean.parseBoolean() which will match 'true' ignoring case and which defaults to false rather than blowing up.

If so, maybe simply saying it can be either 'true' or 'false' would be better.   

This is the definition for multiple attributes in the spec (e.g. /job/@restartable)
