Not claiming that @BatchProperty isn't well-specified.. but it seems to be "missing" the definition, with Javadoc in the spec.

Even though it's an annotation it probably should have its Javadoc in the spec to be complete.

Someone on the ML proposed it be folded into an existing package since it's the sole member of javax.batch.annotation now..

That's fine with me...I guess javax.batch.api ?  If we go that route...

Yes, this is all reasonable.  Let's go ahead and coordinate this change.

package is now javax.batch.api and javadoc is in PFD v1.7
