CSS rule in Facelets docs makes links barely clickable

      Description

      https://facelets.dev.java.net/nonav/docs/dev/docbook.html

      When using Firefox (3.x and 2.x, any OS) the links in the ToC are barely
      clickable because of a rule in xhtml.css on line 68:

      .sect1, .sect2, .sect3 {
      padding-top: 10px;
      }

      The 10px padding area of the <span> overlaps with the above link area and hides
      it almost completely.

      It's only a small bug but it makes the use of the documentation a bit inconvenient.
