      Description

With Java being Unicode, the ribbon should support right-to-left languages like
      arabic.

As far as my test show, the ribbon stays left-aligned after
a call like frame.applyComponentOrientation. Even worse, the
tabs are cluttered very narrow on the right edge of the
      window.

Marking this as ENHANCEMENT. The RTL support is on the long term plan, but i
don't have any schedule for when this will be available. If this is important to
your application, you're more than welcome to explore the codebase to see what
        needs changing.

        Thanks
        Kirill
