build: b10

The following error is printed when attempting to delete a JDBC connetion pool
with a dependent resources:

An error has occurred
DELETE
http://localhost:4848/management/domain/resources/jdbc-connection-pool/my?cascade=false
returned a response status of 400

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a JDBC Connetion Pool, e.g. MyPool
2. Create a JDBC Resource that uses MyPool, e.g. MyResource.
3. Attempt to delete MyPool - a prompt is displayed warning that dependent
resources will be deleted, however after clicking OK the above error is displayed.

I think in v2, we delete the resources and then the connection pool.
After fixing, please add a dev test for this.
thanks
