Running asadmin on windows in the cgywin shell causes problems with filenames
when those filenames are passed the jvm running on windows. The user must
either escape the backslash with another backslash, put the filename in double
quotes or use a cygwin command to generate the appropriate string for the
filename to be used because the string passed to the jvm on windows will not
recognize it as valid for that platform. We recommend users to use cygwin for
SSH and therefore asadmin should be smarter about how it handles filenames.
Other commands like mvn and ant test if running in cygwin and do the right thing
with the slashes.
