Log viewer: server log displayed for new instance

      Description

      build: glassfish-3.1-b27-10_31_2010.zip

      Create a standalone instance and do not start it. Click on the instance name
      and click on View Log Files button. You will notice that DAS log file is
      displayed instead.

      It would be nice, in this situation, to display a message in the log viewer,
      saying that logs directory for the instance does not exist (and asking if the
      instance was ever started).

        Verified in promoted build b43 - View Log File button is now disabled for a stopped instance.
