cannot select or add Authentication Layer in New Message Security Configuration page

      Build used : nightly dated 11/29

      In the server-config/Security/ New Message Security Configuration page, we cannot add any value in the Authentication Layer field, or select from the drop down.

        This is how the functionality was even in GFv2.

        Both the existing message security providers SOAP and HttpServlet is available. Since no other Message Security Providers are available Authentication Layer is empty.

        Please verify this and close this bug.

        Srini's comment is correct.
        Only SOAP and HttpServlet is allowed. So, you cannot select anything from the dropdown.
        However, the "New" button shouldn't be displayed or enabled so user won't get into this situation.
        I will take this.

        fixed. The New button is disabled if both HTTPServlet and SOAP layer exist.
