server.log must be named server.txt on Windows

      Description

The Windows operating system's Desktop manager is learning a file's content type (Text, JPG, MP3, Word, Excel, etc.) from it's extension (.txt, .jpg, .mp3, .doc, .xls, etc.). So a log file made up from ASCII characters like server.log must be named server.txt to allow opening it without manually selecting a viewer application (here: to automatically open it using NOTEPAD.exe, the system's default text viewer). This is not a big problem, but it is annoying, and it makes GlassFish feel like "not being a good Windows citizen".
