Load Balancer configurator in console mode not working properly

      SuSe Enterprise Linux 11 with Oracle Glassfish build 37

      Description

      Download glassfish-lbconfigurator-3_1-b04.jar and test using console mode on iPlanet WebServer 7.0.9, and it is not working properly at all.

      Issue:
      1) LBConfigurator does not have clear steps and wordings to guide user to use console mode.
      2) LBConfigurator b04 could not determine which type of webserver during installation.
      3) New more Usabilty design.

      Try two scenario.

        Are we supporting the CLI? If do not support CLI, please use 3_1-exclude tag to exclude this issue from 3.1.

        We need to add to the release note for 3.1.
        We could take it out if 3.1 fix this issue.
