      Description

I've attached a stripped down application that produces a memory leak. This application was built using NetBeans 6.9.1; I believed I made the app with "New Project > Maven > Maven Web Application" and then used "New > Web Services > Web Service from WSDL".

If I remove the beans.xml file from the project the memory leak goes away.

I was able to observe the leak in the stock GlassFish 3.0.1 download with default dev settings as well as with the attached domain.xml which has been modified for other purposes.

      Win7 64bit
      Sun JDK 1.6.0_23
      GlassFish 3.0.1

This appears to be similar to the memory leak issues filed in 3.0.1 (GLASSFISH-14419, GLASSFISH-13928 and GLASSFISH-12368). With some changes in GlassFish and an integration of Weld 1.1, these memory leaks have been removed in 3.1. So I am marking this issue as 3_1-exclude.
