      Description

      I think we could be using an old driver class name for SQLServer.

      GlassFish has the following entry (in cpds.properties):

      MICROSOFTSQLSERVER=com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.ConnectionPoolSQLServerDataSource

      According to the following article from Microsoft (on SQLServer 2008 R2) it's another class:

      http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms378484.aspx

      com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerConnectionPoolDataSource
      or
      com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerXADataSource
