      Description

      I enabled gzip in glassfish after a fresh install(http://download.java.net/glassfish/3.1.1/release/glassfish-3.1.1.zip), but I fount it's not working fine.

      I am using firefox yslow and google chrome yslow to test. Please look at the attachment for my setting and test result.

        It works in firefox. The screen shot was taking from chrome

        when header property Accept-encoding contains the value "gzip" and only this, compression works fine!

        This is still an issue in current builds. Content will be gzipped correctly if the header comes in as
        Accept-Encoding: gzip

        But not for a variety of other formats, including the common:
        Accept-Encoding: compress;q=0.5, gzip;q=1.0
