      Not able to install B17 on my mac. Might have been caused by the OpenInstaller update that happened. Getting this exception during startup and glassfish binaries are not installed.

      Able to install B16.

      Using the user defined JAVA_HOME : /System/Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/1.6.0.jdk/Contents/Home

          Comment [ I tested it with my personal Mac (which is running OSX 10.5.8 "Leopard"). Also tested on an other Mac (running OSX 10.7 "Lion"): I was able to run the installer. The only thing which was not expected was the outputs... It turns out after some debugging that I observed exactly the same behavior except that no logs were displayed.
