Attempting to access a remote EJB via a standalone J2SE client fails with this error:
org.omg.CORBA.COMM_FAILURE: SEVERE: 00410016: Unable to create IIOP listener on the specified host perf-x4150-1 and port 0 vmcid: OMG minor code: 16 completed: No
This appears to be the same as issue 18155, except that this is repeatable always, and I don't have a failover condition. But it could be that the fix for that bug was never pushed to the trunk? My same test runs fine on 3.1.2. Also, the client appears to be attempting to create the listener using the server address; client is on perf-x4150-3 but the server is on perf-x4150-1.
Client is run with these arguments:
-Djava.naming.factory.initial=com.sun.enterprise.naming.SerialInitContextFactory -Djava.naming.provider.url=iiop://perf-x4150-1:3700 -Djava.naming.provider.url.pkgs=com.sun.enterprise.naming -Dorg.omg.CORBA.ORBInitialHost=perf-x4150-1 -cp <glassfish>gf-client-module.jar
Log of full exception attached.
