      GlassFish server throws Exceptions and cannot be started if an invalid value is set by set-log-attributes.

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Set an invalid value for TimelimitInMinutes. Enter a negative number like "-1".

      asadmin> set-log-attributes --target=server com.sun.enterprise.server.logging.GFFileHandler.rotation
      TimelimitInMinutes=-1

      2. Stop Glassfish.
      asadmin> stop-domain

      3. Start Glassfish
      asadmin> start-domain

      Exception is displayed and GlassFish server cannot be started.

      Similarly, invalid value is accepted for rotationLimitInBytes
