Class loading error occured in jms destination definition testing. The component scope and module scope jms destination resources that defined in application client can't bind to JNDI tree, whatever they are defined by annotation or defined in DD. Following is error message:

The issue only affects the component scope and module scope jms destination resources, it does not appear in global scope and application scope jms destination definition test cases. The jms connection factory definition test also has no problem, all cases passed.
