Administration Console disables Java Web Start for Application Client modules if java-web-start-enabled property is absent

      Description

Java Web Start is enabled by default when deploying an Application Client module, either as a standalone or as part of an EAR. The Administration Console, however, shows Java Web Start as disabled unless the module was deployed with the property java-web-start-enabled set to true. The Application Client module, however, does in fact have Java Web Start enabled. For example, if the cart-app-client Application Client module is deployed as part of the cart application, you can run the Application Client via web start by accessing this URL:
      http://localhost:8080/cart/cart-app-client
However, you cannot run it from the Administration Console. There is no link to launch JWS, and the Java Web Start Enabled checkbox is both greyed out and unselected.

The Administration Console should enable Java Web Start for Application Client modules if java-web-start-enabled is absent, to match the default behavior of the deployment backend.
