      Description

The below stated commit has resulted in the module com.sun.xml.bind getting resolved at startup while earlier it was in NEW state. This change has caused a good (> 10 MB) increase in Memory consumed by GF at startup as per performance jobs running on our system. I also see an increase of about 0.2-0.3 seconds in startup time post this change.

        Good catch Vijay.

Bhakti, can you adjust the module so it doesn't need to be started until needed?
