Remove cluster configuration pages from installer

      Description

      For the Java EE 7 RI/SDK release, remove the cluster configuration pages from the installer because that feature will be for evaluation only in that release.

        Note: GLASSFISH-18318 has been deferred from 4.0 OSE based on an assumption that the fix for this issue will remove the custom path entirely from the installer. If that assumption is wrong, and the 4.0 OSE installer allows a custom path for just a DAS with a prompt for a password, then issue GLASSFISH-18318 should be fixed for 4.0.

        I will, in fact, disable custom installation path in interactive installation mode so we should be fine with deferring the silent install statefile issue.

        According to Alex, the glassfish-3.1.2-b23-windows.exe OSE installer does prompt for password on "Typical" option. This is consistent with the secure by default effort we had in 3.1.2:
