[Problem]
In the Admin Console, the button 'logout' was truncated when setting admin password as empty

[To reproduce]
1. After installed GF, go to Admin Console.

Result-1
In the top of the page, the button 'logout' was truncated.

2. Setting admin password as any characters(do not setting it as empty).
Result-2
The Logout button was displayed correctly.

It is reproducible in the b89b. Here are detailed env info.

OS: Windows 8 JA x64
Browser&Locale: FF24.0&ko-kr
Bundle: java_ee_sdk-7-web-b89b-jdk7-windows-ml.exe
JDK: jdk1.7.0_21 x86
