Previous env-entry setting of EnvEntryName for application/module AppWithEnvEntryAndContextParam6 was overridden.
Command set-web-env-entry executed successfully.

actually applies the ignoredescriptoritem and does not change the value and/or type...

It would be nice to have the 'what happened' message match what actually happened OR flag the combination of -type/-value and --ignoredescriptoritem as 'nonsense'
