      Description

As an app client runs during a Java Web Start launch, if an error occurs from
the event dispatcher thread (or any thread, for that matter) other than the main
thread that starts the ACC the error information is written only to the Java
console or a trace file. The end-user may see no information at all about the
      failure.

This can be remedied fairly easily by setting a default uncaught exception
handler during Java Web Start launches. We already have an error dialog box
that displays errors thrown from the main thread during a JWS launch. We can
use the same dialog box from the to-be-added default uncaught exception handler.
