Often when I use "" I have
pre-existing tables that might have different column names for the user name.
JDBRealm uses the parameter "user-name-column" for both columns.

It would be great if this could be solved by, for example, using another
parameter named "group-user-name-column". If not specified, the contents of
"user-name-column" could be used for both.

Bulk update to change fix version to "not determined" for all issues still open but with a fix version for a released version.
