Extend the custom profile to support default-web.xml ...

      Description

      See Issue no. 2300.

It is about custom profile. Gopal Jorapur is filing a defect to document this
feature. This feature exists in 9.1 FCS. This feature enables transforming the
default templates so that a user can create his/her domain.xml *during
      domain creation*.

This is a useful feature. SailFin uses that.

This particular issue is about extending the facility to default-web.xml.
Default-web.xml has several web-tier specific settings. It is not possible for
us to cater for those out-of-the-box (for a domain) unless the custom
processing of templates is enabled for default-web.xml.

I am told that this can't be done for 9.1_01. So, we should do it for 9.1.1.

Attached are the (innocuous) code changes that would enable this really
        useful feature.

I think we should vote for this issue to be addressed in 9.1 UR1.

This way, we can easily deliver a profile that has WebDAV support automatically
turned on. User just does the following:

        • Copy the folder named "webdav" that has style-sheet for default-web.xml.
        • asadmin create-domain --profile webdav --adminport 4848 webdav-domain

        That's it.

Would love to see this added to 9.1.1. Please try to do it.

This has been provided in 4.0 via the new JAR-based template feature.
