I've installed the fresh Eclipse Indigo SR2 by using the eclipse-jee-indigo-SR2-win32-x86_64.zip. Then I install the Glassfish plugin as it has been mentioned at http://bit.ly/xaDdgi and http://bit.ly/ygeNLr by using the Eclipse update site as http://bit.ly/xFsbJV .

By overall, the plugin is great and works very well. The internal Glassfish 3.1.2 server is registered to the Eclipse workspace correctly.

Anyhow, Every time I started the Eclipse, the internal Glassfish 3.1.2 always be kept registering, e.g. GlassFish 3.1.2 at localhost, GlassFish 3.1.2 at localhost(2),GlassFish 3.1.2 at localhost(3)...

My workaround is to uninstall the Glassfish 3.1.2 Application Server Runtime from the Eclipse as I've mentioned at http://bit.ly/AqGKhr .

This seems to be only a problem at Windows. The plugin compares directories of the runtime installations, which have unequal separator characters in use. You know, the old Windows problem with slashes and backslashes in directory paths. I've already created a patch to fix this issue.
