      Description

An interceptor may be bound to a component by annotating the component class, or a method of the component class, with the interceptor binding type.

      Constructor-level bindings are not mentioned.

An interceptor binding declared on a method replaces an interceptor binding of the same type[7] declared, or inherited, at class level, or an interceptor binding of the same type declared by a stereotype that is applied to the bean class.

The same rule should be introduced for constructor-level interceptor bindings.
