      Description

Problem: some XSLT engines (which may be on the classpath depending on the test)
      reject the report-generating XSL transform.

The japex source file resources/report.xsl contains the following line in the
      root element:

      exclude-result-prefixes="xi" version='1.0' >

This prefix 'xi' is never declared, which is invalid. We can make the XSL
compatible by adding this declaration to the root element:

      xmlns:xi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XInclude"
