This issue occurs on the page titled "JavaServer Faces Technology: Advanced Concepts" at http://docs.oracle.com/javaee/6/tutorial/doc/gkmaa.html. Upcoming chapters are listed in the order 10, 14, 11, 12, and 13 instead of the expected 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14.

I'm unclear if you'd consider it a different issue or related, and I'm unsure your documentation generation tools would allow you to address it, but that list (assuming it should be 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14) is ordered so rendering it as <ol> instead of <ul> is more semantically appropriate. If, stylistically, bullets are preferred, you can apply an appropriate CSS property to render the items with bullets instead of numbers.
