It would be nice, if h:commandButton would render the button tag. Maybe we should have an optional attribute called "element" or "tag" which's value would be "button" to tell the renderer to render the children.
If we do so, we could simply render the value of the value attribute as a text child if no children are present, because the developer is used to use the value attribute for the button's text with classic buttons.
