      Description

      A few facets could be added to h:head in order to support resource ordering i.e. to declare application resources after component library (framework) resources.

      Example:

      <h:head>
      <f:facet name="begin">
      <meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="EmulateIE8" />
      <meta content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" http-equiv="Content-Type"/>
      <title>PrimeFaces - ShowCase</title>
      </f:facet>

      <f:facet name="end">
      <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="#

      {facesContext.externalContext.requestContextPath}

      /resources/app.css" />
      </f:facet>
      </h:head>

      There is an existing implementation of that in Primefaces using custom renderer. More info could be found here [1].
