      Description

Currently, <h:form> doesn't allow you to either post to a different URL, or
change the method. For situations where the developer needs to post to a non-JSF
UI, it should be possible to do so using <h:form> or another UIForm derivative.
The same argument holds for posting via HTTPS.

      As an example, see http://myfaces.apache.org/sandbox/form.html.
