      Description

In section 7.5.1 of the JSF 1.1 spec, ViewHandler.createView() contains
      the following text:

"It is the callers responsibility to ensure that setViewId() is called on the
returned view, passing the same viewId value."

This is straaaange, and totally false: createView() returns a UIViewRoot with
the viewId already set on it. I think this spec text is left over from a really
early version of the JSF spec, and it should be deleted in an errata.
