      Description

It does work on h:inputText, but is not available on select** menus and etc. The
pdldocs do not list this attribute for:

      inputTextArea
      selectBooleanCheckbox
      selectManyCheckbox
      selectManyListbox
      selectManyMenu
      selectOneListbox
      selectOneMenu
      selectOneRadio

According to the W3C spec, these should all accept the autocomplete attribute:
      http://www.w3.org/Submission/web-forms2/#the-autocomplete

Not only <input> allows the autocomplete property.
We should have that on the form as well:

This is broken in JSF 1.1, JSF 1.2 and 2.0 EDR
