Section '5.6.2.2 Composite Component Attributes ELResolver' states that
ValueExpressions should be stored in the attributes map of the CC. This is
different from how ValueExpressions are dealt with for normal components. The
behavior for CCs should be identical to that of normal components, i.e.
ValueExpressions should be stored in the ValueExpression Map.

ViewHandlingStrategy.retargetMethodExpressions() is also affected by this.
