Affects Version/s: 2.0

There is currently no way for the implementation to determine whether something
written to an partial request is intended to be escaped or not.
The usual way, in 1.2, was whether it was wrapped in a CDATA tag.
But all partial response text is wrapped in a CDATA tag.
This must be addressed for the next release - I've cobbled together something
that will work for 2.0, but it's going to be very fragile, and will break in
ways that are hard to diagnose for the enduser, as well as anyone extending JSF.
