      The term "JSF artifacts" has multiple meanings,
      and I'm sorry about that. I've changed the status to "JSF application
      artifacts" to reflect its intended meaning, which is: converters, validators,
      components, etc. In short, any code a developer would write as part of a JSF
      application that conforms to some sort of JSF contract.
