        Due to the nature of this problem I cannot reuse XSD to extend and reuse already existing object. Preventing me from making a further implementation of our code.

        Changing XSD is not an option since they are 3rd party and industry standards.

        JDK 1.7u25 and JDK 1.7u21 contain the same JAXB version.
