A Mozilla plug-in container.
Though the Browser component itself could display a filetype (such as pdf,
RealPlayer files) for which a browser plugin exists, Kyle Yuan
(email@example.com) proposed to implement such a Mozilla plug-in container:
"...Browser itself is heavy, and has some compatibility issues. But mozilla's
plugin APIs are a) stable - there are not any changes of plugin APIs since
Netscape 4.x; b) simple - only 10~20 interfaces need to be implemented to
support plugin. And once we implemented the plugin interface in java, we can get
all mozilla plugin work - not only Acrobat, but also Flash, RealPlayer,
Quicktime etc. Java developers can even use Flash as one of their UI widget,
isn't that an exciting news?"
