Investigate if there is a need to re-add core-common/src/main/java/org/glassfish/jersey/message/internal/MimeMultipartProvider.java

      Description

      To get rid of javax.mail dependency the above mentioned provider and related tests were removed from the Jersey code base.
      We should investigate if we want to re-add this provider, and if so, how to do it (which module should it belong to...)
