      Description

      If a post with an entity is made to a down server then the following message is generated:
      SEVERE: Error while committing the request output stream.
      But debugging the source code shows the more expected true cause of:
      Connection refused
      This is in the ClientRequest writeEntity method, in the finally clause:
      try

      { commitStream(); }

      catch (IOException e)

      { LOGGER.log(Level.SEVERE, LocalizationMessages.ERROR_COMMITTING_OUTPUT_STREAM()); }

      e is the information a caller cares about, not the log message.
