      Description

Steps to reproduce (only works on a project on which JFeature has not yet been
      used):
      1. Create a new requirements file.
      2. Go to Properties/JFeature and associate requirements file.
      3. Refreshing the JFeature view gives Error #1131: There is no requirements file
      associated with the project.

Looking at Properties/JFeature again actually shows that the association created
      in step 2 is lost.

Once the project has been refreshed (F5), everything works fine. This seems to
be related to the .jfeature file created in step 2. Until the project is
refreshed, this file doesn't show up in the Resource perspective.
