The requirements editor marks the requirements file as modified even if no
modifications have been made.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a requirements file.
2. Click on any cell in the table.
3. Click on any other cell in the table. The requirements file will be marked as
modified.

As discussed, this is as per design.

Sorry if my report was not clear enough, but the problem is that the user is
asked if he wants to save changes, even if he made no modifications. This is
very annoying.

Got that. I meant this is as per design. However, we'll try addressing this as
an enhancement down the line.
