      Description

In JScience 4.2.0 the public constants in SI.java using "METER" in their names
are gone. This seems like a significant change to the public API of
      javax.measure.unit.SI.

The spec has been changed to "prefer" the BIPM official spelling of LITRE and
METRE. Still, old spelling should have been deprecated and not removed.
The JScience current version (4.2.0) has been updated to include the deprecated
        SI.METER and NonSI.LITER constants.

Thanks for the quick reply and update.

I noticed in the updated 4.2.0 that the other constants with "METER" in their
names were not there. The ones I found were METER_PER_SECOND,
        METER_PER_SQUARE_SECOND, SQUARE_METER, and CUBIC_METER. I believe I found all
the old constants using "METER", but I may have missed some.

It would be helpful if the version number was incremented when changes were made
to the release. For example, the updated 4.2.0 from yesterday being 4.2.1.
