      Description

As discussed in the following thread, there should be documentation listing the
stack's automatic behavior, especially in regards to what responses are sent
automatically and under which conditions (such as whether automatic dialog
support is enabled, other flags are set, etc.). This is important to the users
of the JAIN-SIP API because, among other things, it establishes preconditions
for the processRequest() and processResponse() methods. For example, it is very
useful for an implementor of these methods to know when a CANCEL request will
always have an associated server transaction being canceled, or whether there
needs to be additional code for handling error conditions, etc.
