      Description

This is a compliance test case in ETSI (ETSI TS 102 027-2 V4.1.1 (2006-07)):

      TPId: SIP_CC_OE_CE_TI_012
      Status: Mandatory
      Ref: RFC 3261 [1] annex A and section 13.2.2.4.
Purpose: Ensure that the IUT, when an INVITE client transaction has been in the Terminated state, after 64*T1 duration expires, on receipt of a retransmitted Success (200 OK) responses does not send an ACK request.

The Jain sip version is 1.2
Make call from endpoint via our proxy (using Jain Sip stack) to TTCN (a compliance test tool). After 33 seconds duration when INVITE client transaction has been in the Terminated state, resend 200 OK using TTCN tool, the stack still respond ACK. But the stack should not respond ACK according to the ETSI.

        Hi,
I have investigated in this ticket. The attached JSIP-424 patch.txt is the code change to fix this bug. And the Unit test.7z contains the unit test for this ticket.

        Thanks,
        Sophie
