          John provided explanation and examples:

          • TTItemvalue extends BIItemValue (as TTValue extends BIValue)
          • example an issue can trouble more that one item (the connection and the card
for example) a single TTvalue associated with 2 TTItemValues one for the
connection and one for the card) To make the parallel with TT 1.0, in this case,
2 TTs will be create and associated in a third one.

Sorry, but i still do not see the meaning of TTItemValue (i was not in the call
as well). So i cannot confirm yet.

So what i understood is that a TTItemValue represents the subject of a trouble
(e.g. a NE or an alarm or a customer). So wouldn't that mean that all those
entities (CardValue, AlarmValue) would have to implement the TTItemValue
interface, just in case they would be used inside a trouble ticket?
