      Description

      Hi,

      currently we say:

      Two Value instances, v1 and v2, are considered equal if and only if:

      v1.getType() == v2.getType(), and,
      v1.getString().equals(v2.getString())

      This doesn't work for binary properties, as it may not be possible to convert
      them to strings.

          The test performed by the "equals" method should reference the definition of
          "equality" provided in issue #327.

          See also issue #328 for other related changes to Value.equals.
