      Description

Some CND keywords (OPV values and property types) are shown in uppercase in the grammar but in lower
case in the node type defintions in the spec. Due to the disclaimer in 25.2.3.1 this is technically legal,
however, it seems odd to have this inconsistency in the typography of the spec.

I propose to change to uppercase the OPV values (and any property types still in lowercase) within the
node type definitions in the spec. This also aligns with the way these keywords are written in the body of
      the spec.
