      Description

The specification currently says that the String terminals in the SQL2 grammar are
case sensitive (by reference to section 1.3.1).

Most SQL parsers however are case insensitive and people are used to write
either "SELECT * FROM ..." or "select * from ..." and expect an implementation to
      work.

I propose we change section "6.6.2.1 String Literals in JCR-SQL2 Grammar" and
write that an implementation MAY (or even MUST?) be case insensitive.
